OP3FT Bylaws dated August 23, 2021
Bylaws of the OP3FT (Organization for the Promotion, Protection and Progress of Frogans Technology) filed with the Préfecture de Paris (France) for its creation on March 17, 2012, updated on July 28, 2016, on January 16, 2021 and on August 23, 2021.
The OP3FT Bylaws notably include: a presentation of the Frogans technology (Preamble); details of the work carried out by the OP3FT (Article 5); the successive steps of the public consultation procedure (Article 13); the list of technical specifications, software, trademarks, patents and domain names relating to the Frogans technology, granted free of charge and irrevocably to the OP3FT by its Founder (Annex 2).
The Bylaws were amended in accordance with a decision taken by the Board of Directors of the OP3FT on August 23, 2021. The declaration of this amendment to the OP3FT Bylaws was published in the Journal Officiel des Associations et Fondations d’Entreprise of the French Republic (JOAFE no. 37) on September 14, 2021 under number 1749.
This amendment to the OP3FT Bylaws does not cover the purpose of the OP3FT. This amendment is presented in Annex 5, and only covers the transfer of the registered office of the OP3FT.

This amendment to the OP3FT Bylaws does not cover the purpose of the OP3FT. This amendment is presented in Annex 4, and mainly covers:
- the end of the role of the Founder of the OP3FT as the Operator of the Frogans Core Registry;
- the transition period concerning the two inventors of the Frogans technology;
- the period during which the two inventors can veto decisions covering an amendment to the Bylaws;
- the renewal of the Investement Committee's members;
- the maximum period for retaining OP3FT's unused resources.

- the transition period concerning the two inventors of the Frogans technology;
- the steps of the public consultation procedure;
- the non-expendable nature and the inalienable nature of the properties and rights composing the OP3FT's endowment and related to the Frogans technology;
- the local branches of the OP3FT.
